Hand Mirror is a macOS application that lets you check your face from the menu bar to make sure nothing too embarrassing is in the frame. The utility lives in the menu bar so you can get a view from your camera when you click on the icon. The tool has a couple of customization options. Therefore, you can choose one of three menu bar icons and change the size of the popover.
