Power Retouche is a comprehensive set of tools, but they are easy to learn to use.
Though they offer really advanced retouching possibilities, they are also quite simple to use. The basic lay-out of each plug-in is similar and the basic tools for controlling the retouch are the same in all the plug-ins. So if you learn to use one, you will be able to use the rest without any steep learning curve.
