PySyCache is a great program for teaching kids how to use a mouse. It includes multiple lessons and five games, and allows you to adjust the difficulty level and transition speed. The program also has features to help handicapped people with rehab. Overall, this is a great program for teaching kids how to use a mouse and helping those with disabilities.
