I recently tried CyberLink YouPaint and I was very impressed! It's a great program for digital painting, offering a wide range of tools, brushes, and templates. I found it very intuitive to use and the results were great. I especially liked the ability to adjust the size and thickness of the brushes and pens. Highly recommended!
