Enlarged Answer Phrase On New Call – When an operator answers a new call, their focus should be on the Answer Phrase. There is a new option which allows the Infinity Telephone Agent to automatically enlarge the Answer Phrase to ensure that the operator’s attention is drawn to the answer phrase and they are able to read it.
