Note4Note Player allows you to slow down video and audio files without affecting the pitch. This lends itself especially to the musician wanting to learn that special riff that is played too fast to pick up on. Simply change the tempo (without affecting pitch) to a speed you’re more comfortable with.
You can set loops to repeat sections to further accelerate your learning.
